Key Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for our ISS and PWD Operations team in terms of workbooks and process maps for PWD registrations and A1/CoC application forms.
• Ensure worksbooks are up to date and reflect current country requirements, liaise with local offices and technology teams in case updates are needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve working practices and share suggestions with Managers and Sr. Managers.
• Support ad hoc client project, mapping exercises and technology updates
• Support new client transitions and work closely with wider KDN GMS team members in order to ensure that the transition is progressing.
• Keep client specific templates and other materials up to date. Create engagement specific process guides whenever there is a gap or change on the process.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and commitment to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring own work products are of high quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree in law, business, economics, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrate an understanding of ISS and PWD issues, interest in becoming a subject matter expert in these areas. 
• Experience with basic and complex application/ registration processes.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Ability to maintain and enhance partnership with clients, global vendors and local offices.
• Ability to guide, train and mentor junior team members.
• Project Management: Organisation and prioritisation skills including ability to project manage multiple Global Immigration clients and work under pressure.
• Proficient communicator in written and spoken English (other languages advantageous but not required).
• Ability to build relationships/ trust both with the internal teams and clients.
• Experience and ability to work with confidential material.
