Project Management
The Project Team is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and controlling various internal projects that have been initiated to reach the company’s strategic objectives and meet global compliance rules, as well as to support operational efficiency and the continuous growth of the business. The Project team collaborate with all the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the scope, quality and timetabling of each project are met. Hence, the project team has a great overview of all our business lines and interacts with all departments to ensure that all relevant steps are taken to deliver the required product or service.
