The Transition Team is responsible for ensuring a seamless Client Onboarding experience to the KPMG Global Delivery Centers, who will later provide tax, accounting or other services. The team plays a key role in ensuring we onboard Clients in an efficient manner, making sure we cover all aspects, offering our services while ensuring end-to-end visibility and quality throughout the transition process. This is a Client facing team, interacting with many KDN teams, hence providing excellent opportunities for our team members to gain valuable experience in different areas.

Our team oversees the full Transition process and can call upon experienced Subject Matter Experts: i) our Transition Project Managers make sure that we have a seamless onboarding process for every client, ii) our Legal Transition Team ensures that we meet all administrative requirements, which enables us to submit tax returns on clients’ behalf in different jurisdictions, and finally iii) our Tax Analysts are tax and accounting professionals who well understand clients’ current tax reporting processes along with the related source data, efficiently incorporating these into our standard processes while also identifying improvement opportunities. Additionally, we believe that today’s tax compliance outsourcing is now less about tax issues and much more about the data itself; therefore, we also have dedicated Business Architects who continue to link business and technology needs at all levels.
