ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Reward and HR Controlling Expert to support our HR operations by analyzing HR costs, managing salary reviews, and conducting benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures. This role involves leveraging Excel and data visualization tools, applying Korn Ferry methodology, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain accurate compensation data and drive strategic HR initiatives.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzing HR costs and headcount in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Conducting annual salary reviews and bonus calculations.
• Participating in the introduction of new reward elements.
• Conducting benchmarking studies to ensure competitive benefits offerings.
• Evaluating jobs and determining appropriate pay grades using Korn Ferry methodology.
• Developing new HR processes and implementing systems.
• Collaborating with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to address compensation and benefits-related issues and provide guidance on compensation requests.
• Supporting compensation and benefits projects at regional and global levels by providing analytical and administrative assistance.
• Maintaining regular communication and coordination with the payroll department.
• Performing monthly system accuracy analyses for compensation and headcount.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University/College degree
• At least 3 years of HR controlling and/or compensation experience, ideally in an SSC/BSC/GDC environment
• High-level Excel proficiency
• Strong knowledge of compensation and reward-related legal regulations
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills and a supportive attitude
