As KDN continues to expand it's delivery centres and offering across T&L, Advisory and Audit, we are building a HR function which can scale and grow and be aligned to and keep up with changing business needs will be critical to our success. This new role is required support the implementation of new HR technologies to streamline internal processes and enhance the employee experience. The focus is to collaborate with business, operations, IT, and People Systems teams to define requirements, scope projects, and ensure successful implementation. It will employ change management to ensure a smooth transition and a positive user experience for our HR colleagues and employees. This role is set within a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, across time zones, and includes liaison with leadership on a variety of HR IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Support the development of agendas and materials for key meetings and events.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the KDN technology team to collaboratively determine implementation strategies.
- Foster robust cross-functional relationships and facilitate transparent communication to ensure clarity on objectives, methods, and rationale.
- Effectively communicate with internal clients, including technical and business stakeholders, through visualization such as reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Embrace change and stay abreast of industry trends to enhance products and services continually.
- Proactively identify and address actions, risks, and challenges while ensuring timely issue resolution and transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively to adapt to changing needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally including requirement gathering—experience with HR IT implementations, HR digitization, or HR modernization projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and a proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs that drive long-term value.
- Skilled in visualizing concepts such as process flows and system architecture.
- Capable of presenting a clear, high-level view of operational activities to senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently while seeking input when needed.
- Proactive, creative, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence across functions.
