Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the GL accounting team
- Act as subject matter expert in accounting topics
- Handle escalations in accounting matters
- Deliver complex group-level analyses
- Review journal entries
- Review KDN's income statement and balance sheet; reconcile monthly
- Ensure accounting quality, compliance with KDN Finance Policies, and reporting accuracy
- Review intercompany reconciliations (monthly/quarterly)
- Support preparation of annual financial statements
- Review junior and senior team members’ work
- Translate complex issues into actionable tasks
- Delegate team-related tasks and issues
- Collaborate with service providers on finance system improvements
- Review working papers and audit-related documentation
- Support statutory and internal audits for KDN entities
- Assist in financial reporting setup for new entities (incl. reconciliations and closings)
- Ensure consistent, high-quality financial reporting
- Coordinate period-end closings with other teams
- Handle ad hoc and special finance projects
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization in KDN Finance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
- CPA or other comparable accounting qualification
- 7+ years of progressive experience in RTR field (GL, controlling, audit, FP&A)
- At least 2 years of team coordination experience including evaluation of team members
- Knowledge in IFRS
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
