Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the GL accounting team
• Act as subject matter expert in accounting topics
• Handle escalations in accounting matters
• Deliver complex group-level analyses
• Review journal entries
• Review KDN's income statement and balance sheet; reconcile monthly
• Ensure accounting quality, compliance with KDN Finance Policies, and reporting accuracy
• Review intercompany reconciliations (monthly/quarterly)
• Support preparation of annual financial statements
• Review junior and senior team members’ work
• Translate complex issues into actionable tasks
• Delegate team-related tasks and issues
• Collaborate with service providers on finance system improvements
• Review working papers and audit-related documentation
• Support statutory and internal audits for KDN entities
• Assist in financial reporting setup for new entities (incl. reconciliations and closings)
• Ensure consistent, high-quality financial reporting
• Coordinate period-end closings with other teams
• Handle ad hoc and special finance projects
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization in KDN Finance
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
  
• CPA or other comparable accounting qualification
  
• 7+ years of progressive experience in RTR field (GL, controlling, audit, FP&A)
  
• At least 2 years of team coordination experience including evaluation of team members
  
• Knowledge in IFRS
  
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
