Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the controlling team, acting as a people manager and escalation point for all controlling activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, reviewing and guiding the work of junior and senior team members.
  
• Deliver complex, group-level financial analysis and ensure high-quality management reporting.
  
• Oversee period-end closing processes, including accruals, journals, intercompany reconciliations, and reporting.
  
• Maintain compliance with KDN Finance Principles and Policies, ensuring accuracy in all financial outputs.
  
• Coordinate invoice approval workflows and maintain cost center and reporting structures.
  
• Support interim and annual audits by reviewing working papers and ensuring audit readiness.
  
• Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with service providers to enhance finance systems and reporting tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• CPA or other comparable accounting qualification
• 7+ years of progressive experience in RTR field (GL, controlling, audit, FP&A)
• At least 2 years of team coordination experience including evaluation of team members
• Knowledge in IFRS
• Strong written and spoken English language knowledge
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
