Main responsibilities:

• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues by providing training and guidance in daily financial tasks and processes.
• Managing day-to-day financial operations while ensuring compliance with KDN Principles and Policies.
• Facilitating smooth and timely monthly closing procedures for designated KDN entities.
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of income statements and balance sheets for assigned KDN entities.
• Analyzing AP data and GL transactions to identify necessary cost accruals.
• Submitting journal entry requests to the GL team for processing.
• Preparing and reconciling inter-company cost allocations and recharges according to Service Level Agreements.
• Generating revenue flash reports across various KDN entities.
• Collaborating with FP&A teams and stakeholders to maintain precise financial records and support financial analysis.
• Supporting preparations for annual audits and budgeting activities.
• Conducting various account reconciliations.
• Performing Actual vs. Budget variance analysis and forecasting for corporate service/central functions.
• Producing regular and ad-hoc financial analysis and reports.
• Participate in process mapping initiatives and identifying opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies.
• Breaking down complex issues into clearly structured, actionable items.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree finance or accounting
• 5-7 years of financial and management accounting experience
• Fluency in English, written and verbal
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA certificate is an advantage
• Self-motivated and proven ability to manage to deadlines
• Previous team coordinator experience is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
• Manages conflicting demands and priorities
• Understanding the businesses current needs and future aspirations
• Identifies lessons learned from challenging incidents
