Risk Management

The Risk Management team works collaboratively with internal business unit heads and onshore stakeholders to identify compliance, statutory, regulatory, strategic, financial and operational risks, proactively working internally, and with key partner firms’ leaders, to mitigate risks. The Risk management team of KPMG Global Services Hungary is also responsible for the ongoing coordination of new ISO related activities, and directly responsible for ISO 27001 certification and compliance.

In addition, the team serves as the operational center of excellence for global company engagement code management. It oversees and manages the ISQM1 & SOQM control framework, addresses ethical risk areas, provides contracting and legal advisory, and handles the responsibilities regarding the MFICE program (knowledge management related collaboration with local KPMG offices.)
