Welcome to KPMG

-1 Month: What do we need from you?

- Official signed offer

- Relevant onboarding documents:

  • Datasheet
  • Diploma(s)
  • Passport/ID card
  • For Hungarian nationals and/or residents (TAJ, tax, address cards, registration card (EU)/ Merged Permit (3rd Country)


- Fill in our online survey and share your recruitment experience! 

-1 Month: What do we need to do?

- Send to you Useful Info (e.g.: Medicover Prospectus)

- Upon receiving your documents, we will cross-check all information internally and with the assistance of third-part company (Zinc). No personal documents will be stored or shared by KPMG Global Services Hungary (GDPR Compliant)

- Complete the Background Check

- Be available to answer any questions and fully support your onboarding experience

Day 1

Payroll induction:

  • Meet our Payroll team at Váci út 31
  • Sign onboarding documents
  • Receive basic equipment (laptop & iPhone)


Half-day induction session

KGSH HR will then welcome you and escort you to Vaci 41/43 (desk, meet your team & buddy)

Get comfortable!

*COVID-19: After you sign the documents and receive the equipment, you should set up your “home office”. Meet the team and buddy digitally.

Week 1

Occupational medical examination

Get access to the KGSH server network (+Access to LinkedIn Learning)

Complete Induction Courses

Complete Risk Management & Privacy e-learning courses

Start KGSH specific classroom courses (invitations will be sent by our Learning & Development Team)

Learn about our operational process flow

Month 1 - 2

Continue KGSH specific classroom courses (ex. Introduction to VAT, Excel, Time Management etc)

Attend team-specific classroom courses (ex. Compliance Basics, VAT Accounting Basics, Understanding Transition etc.)

Mid-probation discussion with Line Manager (provide and receive feedback)

Shadow your buddy – get involved in day-to-day work tasks

 

End of probation

Onboarding Survey

Appraisal Form and end of probation Meeting
