The Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager plays a key role in shaping employee experience, strengthening company culture, and delivering impactful communication across the organization. The role combines internal communications, employer branding, change communication, and CSR initiatives while partnering with leadership, HR, Marketing, and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communication
Develop and implement internal communication plans aligned with company priorities.
Create engaging content for internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, and other communication platforms.
Support leaders and teams with clear communication materials and messaging.
Ensure consistent use of global branding, marketing guidelines, and communication approaches.
Plan and coordinate company-wide events and employee engagement activities.
Create content for internal and external communication channels, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Support external client communication materials when needed.
Measure communication effectiveness through feedback and KPIs, using insights for continuous improvement.
Coordinate marketing-related services, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Diversity & Inclusion, CSR
Support the planning and execution of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and campaigns.
Collaborate with employees and CSR teams to strengthen company social responsibility initiatives.
Identify opportunities to create meaningful partnerships and community impact.
Change Management
Partner with global communication teams to adapt and deliver change communication plans locally.
Develop and execute communication activities that support organizational changes, new systems, and process improvements.
Support local or global change projects with developing communication activities that help employees understand and adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Employer Branding
Partner with HR and Marketing teams to ensure consistent employer branding and messaging across recruitment and communication channels.
Develop compelling content that showcases the company culture, employee experience, and value proposition to current and future employees.
Create engaging content for social media, career websites, job boards, and other employer branding platforms.
Support employee ambassador initiatives and encourage colleagues to share their experiences.
Build and maintain an engaged ambassador community to strengthen employer brand visibility.
People leadership
Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Coordinator, setting priorities, providing regular feedback, and supporting professional development.
Requirements
Education & Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant communications experience.
Experience in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment is an advantage.
Languages
Fluent in English and Hungarian.
Technical Skills & Experience
Strong experience in developing high-quality presentations and communication materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Forms, Teams, and Teams Live.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, GIMP, or similar) for image editing is an advantage.
