Role Summary
KPMG Delivery
Network (KDN) is seeking a Quality Risk Management (QRM) Specialist to support
quality review programs across Audit, Tax & Legal, and Advisory functions.
This role involves ensuring compliance with Global Quality Risk Management
(GQRM) policies, assisting with internal control processes, and working with global
teams to enhance risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring
compliance with Global Quality Risk Management (GQRM) policies.
- Support the development,
monitoring, and operation of internal control processes across KDN.
- Work closely with KDN
process and control owners, including at delivery centers, to ensure
timely completion of quality documentation.
- Assist in coordinating
annual independent testing of KDN’s internal control documentation.
- Support the annual risk
assessment process and collaborate with stakeholders to identify key risk
areas.
- Help develop, document, and
test non-financial controls to strengthen KDN’s risk management
framework.
- Identify potential process
and control improvements and support remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with control owners and business units to design and implement enhancements.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and control timelines.
Requirements
- Preferred background: University studies/diploma
- Languages: Strong written and spoken English language knowledge

Technical skills and Experience:
- Experience in external or internal audit, compliance, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of non-financial controls, documentation, and testing.
- Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and globally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
