Main responsibilities
- Preparation of Annual Operating Budget / Forecast, rolling forecast for the business units / enabling functions and consolidation
- Preparing periodic management reporting packs tracking Budget Vs -Actuals along with commentary covering Financial Summary and KPIs
- Prepare and review Engagement Profitability analysis
- Analysis of Project Budgets and reporting actuals vs budget across all functions
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis across the functions
- Managing financial database to ensure quality and accuracy of management reporting across fiscal and calendar year reporting periods
- Work closely with the outsourced provider and finance teams of the Functions to analyze the results / variances, interpret the findings and convey appropriate messages
- Liaise with Function Finance Head and/or Central Finance to support financial analysis and all financial inputs for reporting and analysis
- Work with service providers on managing, implementing and enhancing set of tools for reporting and analysis
- Development and UAT of complex projects to build analytical monitors, dashboards, tools and presentations based on advanced database and visualization tools
- Perform detailed reviews of existing excel financial models. Create new financial models and standardized reporting templates
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of financial planning and management reporting experience
- Minimum an undergraduate degree in business or finance
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge of reporting tools such as Hyperion, Power BI, Qlik view is desirabl
- Understanding of Chart of account structure, end to end finance processes (R2R)
- CPA or MBA or other comparable professional qualification
- Self-motivated and proven ability to manage to deadlines and multi-task
- Strong communication skills including story boarding
- Committed to delivering results with the ability to work with minimal direction
- Analytical mind-set having keen observational qualities and an eye for detail
- Ability to work in dynamic environment and dealing with changing business requirements
