Key Responsibilities
- Handling user requests on our collaboration sites
- Setup and maintenance of workflows in KPMG's brand-new global compliance tracking system
- Operating an interface that synchronizes between KGSH's internal and KPMG's global platforms
- SharePoint support, operation, maintenance and administration (training available, no previous experience needed)
- Assisting the team with a large, SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online migration project
Requirements
- College/University studies and/or relevant vocational training, experience in Information Technology
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem solver, proactive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Critical, out of the box thinking when it comes to problem resolution
- Team player with a flexible approach
- Willingness to learn
