Leads smaller cross-functional software development team, and ensures delivery in line with the software development lifecycle. People management tasks, like career path, goals, performance review, and feedback.

 Responsibilities

• Ensures the delivery of software development tasks
• Sprint and capacity planning
  
• Management of daily operations, task allocation, ticket administration
  
• Fair and efficient distribution of work to team members
  
• Collaboration with other team leaders, managers
  
• Arranging team meetings
  
• Arranging 1-1 meeting, giving feedback
  
• Keep teams informed of company, team, and other events, changes, etc.
  
• Provide input on the team’s annual performance evaluation
  
• Performance manager of team members

• Allocate Peer buddies to New Joiners
  
• Approves holiday requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably IT or management-related degree
  
• Fluent English knowledge
  
• C#, .Net, Core knowledge is an advantage
• 2-3 years of experience in development project
  
• Leadership experience
  
• Experience with software development methodology ( Agile; Scrum; Kanban)
  
• SDLC process knowledge
  
• MS Office user-level knowledge
  
• User-level knowledge of at least one ticketing system
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
