Purpose of the role

Provide direction, lead and monitor KGSH risk management operations to comply with global requirements and industry best practices, reporting to the Risk Management Partner. Ensure effective delivery of risk management support services to engagement teams (independence, engagement acceptance, contracting, etc).

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for management of firm-wide risk management program including audits (risk and quality-related)
• Understand global risk management requirements as they relate to KGSH, communicate and implement as required
• Coordinate effective delivery of risk management support, including the Central QRM team
• Responsible for collaboratively working with internal business leads and stakeholders to identify risks and proactively working on risk mitigation
• Advise, implement and sustain pertinent risk and data management policies and processes across KGSH, support the engagement teams in the delivery of services, including training
• Protect the firm’s reputation and brand by implementing sustainable and practice risk mitigation plans and insurance matters
• Supervise Compliance and Central QRM team and efficient delivery of tasks

Requirements

• Fluent English knowledge
• Economics and/or Legal degree is preferred
• 7+ years of experience in Risk Management
