Key Responsibilities
- Support the employee engagement growth within KGSH and engagement projects roll outs
- Onboarding coordination: pre-onboarding information sharing with new joiners/departments; welcoming new joiners, controlling onboarding process on first days
- Supporting new joiners with their requests and problems/coordination of tasks
- Running internal surveys (GPS) related to employee engagement and satisfaction
- Supporting GPS action planning and implementation of engagement activities (fruit day, etc.)
- Responsible for supporting all events arrangement for employees, including quarter parties, offsite and Global KPMG events like diversity, sports day and CSR activities
- Providing innovative ideas and solutions on creating and increasing team spirit and engagement with using tools and defining actions including communication
- Reporting activities, updating org-charts
- Support HR projects and deliver ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- University/College degree from an accredited college
- Working proficiency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Pro-active, can-do attitude
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Confident, independent personality
