Job Purpose
As part of the development team, lead the architectural design, define technology directions and development standards, lead development and testing tasks, mentor team members.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Software architectural design
- Product development
- Design development and testing environments
- Define development and testing standards
- Write and maintain the development documentation
- Continuous cooperation with the team members and with the (internal) clients
- Mentor team members
- Active participation in system architecture
- Active participation in infrastructure design and implementation
Requirements to fulfill the job
- min. Bachelor’s degree, IT or engineering related preferred
- English, fluent intermediate (speaking and writing)
- Leadership experience
- 4-5 years .NET development experience
- .NET Core experience
- Azure cloud experience
- Azure DevOps experience
- Software development principles (eg. Agile SDLC, Clean Code, Design Patterns)
- Hands-on CI/CD experience
- MS Office user level knowledge
- User level knowledge of at least one ticketing system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
