Main responsibilities

Your main responsibility will be to support the work of the legal transition team supporting the onboarding process of the new clients with the following tasks:

  • Manage legal registration and takeover processes for small clients (up to 5 entities) during the Client Onboarding period and ensure the delivery of legal documents to the respective Tax Authorities
  • Collaborate with the internal teams and third-party service providers (including local member firms, fiscal representatives, and translators) 
  • Be in contact with the clients, participate on client calls and meetings
  • Proactively address client’s legal questions and queries to delivery teams, client managers and Transition Project Managers 
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all legal documents
  • Request and collect legal information and documents directly from clients and prepare documents to be submitted to the Tax Authorities
  • Ensure proper handover of client information and documents to KGSH internal teams
  • Assist the Legal Transition Team with ad hoc administrative tasks (manage documentation received from the clients and tax authorities, upload PoAs to the tracker tool)

 

Requirements

  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Ongoing university studies in Hungary (Preferably 1 more year with student status)
  • Precision, reliability and pro-active personality
  • Effective communication skills and client orientation
  • Can-do attitude, confident personality
  • Team player at heart 
  • Experience in a multinational environment in an administrative role is an advantage
