Key responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of software developments
- Main contact person for delivery and prioritization related matters
- Engage with key business and IT stakeholders to identify changing business priorities and requirements and introduce new processes and technology to enhance the Business Analysis service offering
- Maximize the delivery and performance of the development unit
- Liaise and cooperate with developers, testers and business department
- Provide direction, support and feedback within the development team
Requirements
- Relevant experience in requirement gathering and analysis (3+ year)
- General understanding of the software development process
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Critical thinking, objectivity, problem-solving, good communication skills
- College/University degree or relevant working experience specialized in IT/Economics
