Key responsibilities
- Leading, coaching and mentoring the development teams
- Setting development standards
- Operate on the strategic and tactical level of development
- Follow and apply industry best practices
- Own a continuous improvement mindset in product development
- Engage with key business and IT stakeholders
- Maximize the delivery and performance of the development units
- Own, improve and communicate the development process company-wide
- Contribute and provide input to product portfolio strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in leading software development teams (people management and technical)
- Deep and hands-on experience/technical understanding of the software development processes and methodologies
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must
- Hands-on experience with the DevOps approach
- Influencing, persuasion and presentation skills
