Key responsibilities
- Manage the VAT registration process, check and follow-up documents
- Coordinating internal processes, ensure that internal deadlines are met
- Daily contact with the team members, team leaders, and managers within the team
- Administrative tasks: preparing reports, handling internal contracts
- Handling incoming and preparing outgoing invoices
- Data check for the registrations
- Sending out documents for translation
Requirements
- University/College degree
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to identify potential problems and issues
- Pro-activity, ability to work independently
- Precision, reliability, and client orientation
- Excellent organization skills and effective communication skills
