The Marketplace department specializes in Amazon and Marketplace Sellers, with the ambition to make VAT compliance a smoother and leaner experience for KGSH clients. We developed a special one-stop shop through which clients can directly sign up for our services. That website coordinates the VAT registration (or takeover) and the compliance process of Marketplace clients. Once the on-boarding process is completed, clients can then upload their data to the same platform. When that data is available, we prepare the VAT returns, which are then uploaded to the same system and a cover letter is sent automatically to the client.
Regarding the contact person, we allocate personal account managers to all our clients. Account Managers will guide clients through the registration and compliance processes and are responsible for day-to-day communication with them. This means that clients will only have one contact person for all their invoicing countries and VAT registrations, improving overall efficiency, and this also enables better personal relationships. We created our own Marketplace call center offering English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Chinese languages.
